BEPs need public review.

Appropriate public review is required for the BEPs that are included on www.bittorrent.org. BEPs do not progress beyond the draft stage without commentary.

Please post commentary to the appropriate BEP-specific topic.  If a topic does not exist for a BEP then create one.

NOTE: In most cases the proposals on this site were taken as-is and modified only slightly so they would compile as valid reStructured Text.
